Our Story

At NFG Security, we are a testament to the power of dedication and passion. Founded in July 2022 by Ray Maestas, a decorated retired Army Veteran with over two decades of service as a Special Agent, and Stacey Fiore, who has over 28 years of professional experience both in the field of law and security. Our company emerged as a response to the need for top-tier security services in not only their communities of Hollywood FL but for the entire state of Florida as well.

Ray’s extensive background in handling security matters including investigations, risk assessments, and crisis management ranging from residential settings to the Pentagon, combined with Stacey’s precise attention to detail, organizational prowess and extensive experience in the legal field, laid the foundation for NFG Security. What began as a vision quickly transformed into a reality, with our small business flourishing and gaining over a million dollars in revenue within the first seven months of operation

Ray Maestras

Co-Owner

Ray Maestas is a distinguished security professional with over 22 years of experience in Federal Investigations and Executive Protection. Mr. Maestas started his career out in 1997 as a Military Police officer before becoming a Special Agent with the U.S. Criminal Investigation Command. Mr. Maestas was a Special Agent in Charge of his own Federal Offices in the United States and in Europe. Mr. Maestas is one of the few members within CID that has been awarded the Bronze Star while deployed to Afghanistan. Mr. Maestas retired from Federal Law Enforcement in 2021 and in 2022 started NFG Security (Co-Owner) based out of Hollywood, FL. Mr. Maestas has worked with a multitude of security companies in support of various Government and Corporate entities. Mr. Maestas has supported security efforts in 2022 with Hurricane IDA and again in 2023 with Hurricane IAN.

Stacey Fiore

Co-Owner

Stacey Fiore is a Native Floridian. Ms. Fiore is passionate about the safety and well being of others. She brings years of knowledge to the security industry which has translated to an unparalleled experience for her clients & colleagues. Ms. Fiore is a professional with over 28 years of combined experience in the law field and private security industry. Ms. Fiore started her career in 1995 as a paralegal at a distinguished law firm in Hollywood, FL. She demonstrated excellent work and quickly advanced to a Senior Paralegal within the law firm. Ms Fiore managed case files for both pre-litigation and litigation in the area’s of criminal, personal injury and workers’ compensation law. Ms. Fiore furthered her career in the area of the private security industry in 2018. In 2022 she opened NFG Security, LLC (Co-Owner) based out of Hollywood, FL. Ms. Fiore has worked with numerous companies in support of various Government and Corporate entities. Ms. Fiore has participated in 2022 with Hurricane IDA and again in 2023 with Hurricane Ian. She goes above and beyond to satisfy the client’s requests to ensure everyone’s safety.
